The second day of Warsaw Runners' Festival begun at 10.00 o clock, when the registration for the Herbalife Run charity race started. The run begun punctually at 12.00 o'clock from Krasińscy Square, although Paweł Homa, hosting the event, from 11.00 o'clock encouraged people to take part in it. Directly before the start a professional fitness instructor from the sport club Saturn led a lively warm up for the race participants. The distance from the Krasińscy Square to Podzamcze Street was covered by 400 persons. At the finishing line among the participants there were distributed lots of gifts from the titular sponsor of the race, the Herbalife company.
At 10.00 o'clock there also started the Sport&Fitness Fair. It was set in a tent hall, which was neighbouring the Bureau of the Contest. At the fair there were stands of companies like: Adidas, Olimpius, Sante, Tarmax or Technika Podwodna. Also other running events (Adidas Dublin Marathon) and media (Metro, Bieganie, bieganie.pl) had their stand at the fair. The fair was open until 8 o'clock pm.

The relay race started at 2 o'clock pm. A record number of 100 teams took part in it. This year for the first time we had to set the maximum limit of participants of the event, that is 100 teams.
After 2 pm coaches from the Marathon Academy entered the stage. They described the routes of the Academy in Warsaw and in 5 other cities of Mazovia and they encouraged the audience to join their trainings.
At 3 o'clock pm a fitness show took place at main stage carried out by instructors from the sports club Saturn.

Sunday, 23 of September
The third and the most important day of the Festival begun at 6.30 am, when the Bureau of Competition started its work. Until the closing it served more than 200 persons.
After 8.00 Paweł Homa, the host of the event welcomed the competitors. He accompanied those preparing for the start until 9 am, when the honorary signal for start was given by Irena Szewińska. Right before the start an instructor from the sports club Saturn performed a warm up for the competitors waiting for the race to begin. 246 persons from 42 countries and 5 continents set off for the Marathon Route.
The fight on the route was fierce. Efforts of the competitors were accompanied by a televisionhelicopter of the nSport channel and a media car with photo reporters. Supporters gathered at the Marathon Town in Podzamcze street where they could observe the competitors on a screen which was set up next to the main stage. Along the route there were organized 14 stations of nutrition and refreshments like water, isotonic drinks, bananas and chocolate and 14 stations of support, on which competitors were cheered on by children taking part in competition "The Fan Support Champion"
Paweł Ochal reached the finishing line as the first one; he is thus this year's Polish Champion of the Marathon. He accomplished a time of 2 hours, 12 minutes and 2 seconds, establishing the new record of the route of the Flora Warsaw Marathon. The second one on the finishing line was Rafał Wójcik with a time of 2:13:11. Adam Draczyński was third with a score of 2:13:56. Among the women Valentina Poltavska from Ukraine triumphed with a score of 2 hours, 40 minutes and 18 seconds. The second one was Wioletta Uryga with a time of 2:46:48. Karolina Jarzyńska was on the third position with a score of 2:49:57. The results of the 29th Flora Warsaw Marathon are very untypical: for the first time in 19 years the first 3 positions in the Polish marathon were taken by representatives of Poland.
