You will be able to collect your race pack at the Race Office located in the Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki, Plac Defilad 1)
Race Office opening hours:
September 24th (Friday) from 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM
September 25th (Saturday) from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Remember – following current restrictions, face masks must be worn at the Race Office at all times.
IMPORTANT! The Race Office will be closed on Sunday (the day both runs take place)
If you are collecting your race pack personally, you will be asked to show your photo ID. If you want someone else to collect your race pack, you should print and sign your participation card, available in the second part of September upon logging in to your profile and under tab “Your Runs”. The signed card along with a copy of your photo ID should be shown upon collecting your race pack by someone else.
Getting there/ parking
There’s a very limited number of parking spots near the venue. We highly recommend choosing public transport, ie. arriving at Dworzec Gdański Metro Station. Remember that on the day of the event, you can use public transport for free within Zone 1 and upon showing your race bib.
We would like to remind you that on September 26, the 43rd Warsaw Marathon (start at 8:00) and the 15th Warsaw Half Marathon (start at 12:00) will also be held. When planning your arrival, check the organizational changes in public transportation and traffic- all that you can find in our Road Information.
The start of the run
New Balance High Five Race will start on September 26 at 17:00 from ul. Konwiktorska (near the Polonia Stadium)
Remember: you must enter the starting area wearing a protective mask. Before the start, on the announcer’s signal, it will be possible to throw it into one of the baskets set up in the zone.
The Deposit Office will be located near the Start/ Finish Zone (Sanguszki street) and open from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM. You will locate the truck that will accept your deposit, by the number visible on your race bib. You will need your race bib to collect your deposit after the race.
Behind the finish line
At the finish line you will receive: a medal, Cechini Muszyna water, isotonic water and Lech Free.
During the event, you will be looked after by Medisept- the largest Polish producer of medical standard disinfectants.
