The Nice To Fit You Mini Marathon eagerly awaits children and youth who want to experience the joy of sports every year. We invite you to join the Little Big Run—a race competition for the youngest participants. The races traditionally take place the day before the Great Run. See you on September 27th at the Palace of Culture and Science!
The Nice To Fit You Mini Marathon is divided into age categories, with participants running different distances based on their age. The youngest age groups—up to 3 and up to 5 years old—can start with a guardian. The upper age limit is 16 years. Everyone will receive a beautiful commemorative medal at the finish line.
The races will take place on Świętokrzyska Street, where the adults will start the following day. The starts of the respective groups are scheduled between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM—the exact start time for each age group will be announced closer to the event.
Here are the race categories and distances for the Nice To Fit You Mini Marathon:
– up to 3 years old (2021-2024) – approximately 50 meters
– 4-5 years old (2019-2020) – approximately 100 meters
– 6-7 years old (2017-2018) – approximately 150 meters
– 8-9 years old (2015-2016) – approximately 200 meters
– 10-11 years old (2013-2014) – approximately 400 meters
– 12-13 years old (2011-2012) – approximately 600 meters
– 14-16 years old (2008-2010) – approximately 1200 meters

The results of the children’s races are measured with full professionalism using an electronic timing system. On this day, young athletes will feel like professional runners. Perhaps participating in these events will be the start of a beautiful sports journey.
